ProE Bioenergie GmbH has been in existence since 2006 and mainly deals with project development in the field of thermal power stations and renewable energy systems, in particular biomass, solar thermal, solar power and wind energy plants, as well as the manufacture and marketing of biochar products.

2006

Founding

ProE Bioenergie GmbH was founded in June 2006 by Hans Sanzenbacher with the aim of developing economically and ecologically valuable bioenergy projects.

Until 2016, the company’s focus was the development of renewable energy projects created from solid biomass and hydropower.

2017

Wind Power

Business activities were expanded to the wind power sector in 2017.

2019

Biochar

Began the production and marketing of biochar.
